OUR VISION

Patricia Shelton, founder of Specialized Care Management, Inc., experienced first-hand the exhaustion of managing the overwhelming care needs of her aging parents. Her journey inspired the creation of a senior care concierge service to support others struggling to manage the health and well-being of their aging or disabled loved ones.

Our goal is to address the challenging needs of our seniors, those living with disabilities, and their families, managing their immediate and long term care needs. We collaborate with home health agencies, the Veterans Administration, various health plans, financial and legal agencies, assisted living, skilled services, and specialty providers.

Hi Patty, thanks so much for everything you did to transform my bed. I’m really looking forward to going to bed tonight on my newly redone bed. New sheets, new color, pillows, an extra pad on my mattress for more support and comfort.  Your creative practicality shines through so much of what you do. You have a way of reshaping a situation so that it has a magic twist to it that often no one had expected. I love watching you do that. One example was Suggesting/supporting  Hospice for me. That change for me cut through so many obstacles I was facing.
