Our Safety Net Program is available seven days a week to provide personalized support before, during, and after a medical crisis. By getting to know you and your health history in advance, we’re able to step in quickly and effectively when emergencies arise. Here’s how the program works to give you peace of mind and the guidance you deserve — any day of the week.

Thorough, up-to-date understanding

Following an initial two hour visit to get to know you and your priorities, you become an established client with quarterly update calls to keep us current as your life changes.

An Emergency Medical Document Kit

Make sure the ER staff has all the up-to-date information they need to quickly understand your conditions and make wise choices about your medical care.

7-days-a-week Availability
